The nationwide survey combined both field and online methods with a sample size of 5,000 people, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of +/- 2%.
Interviews are conducted in all the sixteen (16) regional capitals of Ghana. Sample allocation is weighed using the population of the regions relative to the country’s population. Interviews are conducted in malls, shopping centers, market centers and lorry parks. Field interviews are not conducted at vicinity of any of the banks under review.
Data from the field is collected using a secured App with online and offline functionality, enabling real-time monitoring of the results
